Haze Cam Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 6, 2026. Haze Cam is a film-inspired camera app provided by Engcraft, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles, where that information stays, and which other companies are involved when you use the camera, save photos and videos, or subscribe to Pro.
Data controller
Haze Cam is provided by Engcraft, LLC. For privacy requests, legal notices, or deletion requests, contact support@engcraft.io.
Information we collect and process
Haze Cam is built to keep your media on your device. The photos and videos you shoot, the film looks and presets you apply, your settings, and your in-app library are stored locally using Apple platform storage. We do not run a photo or video server, and your media is never uploaded to Engcraft. Separately, we receive limited technical and usage information through the analytics and subscription services described below, such as a random installation or device identifier, app version, device model, iOS version, country, and in-app events like opening the camera, applying a preset, or viewing the paywall.
Photos, videos, and camera access
With your permission, Haze Cam uses your camera to take photos and record video, your microphone to record sound with video, and your photo library to import photos and save the ones you shoot. Film looks, light leaks, and other effects are rendered on your device. Camera and microphone input is used only to produce the photo or video you are capturing; it is not streamed, stored, or transmitted anywhere by Engcraft.
Location data
If you allow location access, Haze Cam attaches the location where a photo was taken to that photo, so you can remember where the shot was made. Location is used only for this in-app tagging and stays with the photo on your device. We do not send your location to Engcraft and we do not use it for advertising or profiling. You can turn location access off at any time in iOS Settings; photos you already took keep whatever location was saved with them.
Analytics and notifications
We use Amplitude and Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used in aggregate — which screens are opened, which presets are popular, where people drop off — so we can improve Haze Cam. These events are tied to a random identifier rather than your name or email, and they never include your photos, videos, or location. Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers push notifications if you allow them, and you can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings. Apple’s AdServices attribution token may be used to measure which campaign led to an install.
Subscriptions and purchases
Haze Cam offers paid auto-renewing subscriptions. Apple processes App Store billing, and RevenueCat helps manage subscription status, entitlements, purchase identifiers, and related subscription events. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Third-party services
Haze Cam uses Apple services for the camera, microphone, photo library, location, push notifications, and App Store billing; RevenueCat for subscription management; Amplitude for product analytics; and Firebase for analytics and push notification delivery. Each of these providers processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Retention, deletion, and user rights
Photos, videos, and settings stored locally stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app; removing the app also removes its local library, so export anything you want to keep first. Records held by our analytics and subscription providers are retained only as long as needed to provide, secure, debug, or improve the service, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about processing by contacting support@engcraft.io. Depending on your location, you may also have GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA rights, including the right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information.
Security, transfers, children, and changes
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted network connections where appropriate, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Information handled by our providers may be processed in countries other than where you live. Haze Cam is not directed to children under 13, or under 16 in the EEA, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We may update this policy from time to time and will post the updated version on this page.

TrackAI Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 8, 2026. TrackAI is a paid health and nutrition app provided by Engcraft, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use TrackAI, including subscription features, Apple Health data, meal photos, voice meal logging, AI nutrition analysis, and AI coaching.
Data controller
TrackAI is provided by Engcraft, LLC. For privacy requests, legal notices, or deletion requests, contact support@engcraft.io.
Information we collect and process
TrackAI may process health and nutrition information you enter or authorize, including calories, macros, protein, weight, goals, steps, active or resting calories, meal logs, barcode or food searches, meal photos, and voice meal logging input. Most health and nutrition records are stored locally on your device using Apple platform storage. Some features transmit selected information to our backend or third-party processors so the feature can work.
Apple Health and HealthKit
With your permission, TrackAI reads and writes Apple Health data such as steps, calories, body weight, and related health metrics. Health data is used only to provide in-app tracking, nutrition insights, progress views, and coaching features you request. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, data mining, sale, or sharing with third parties for their own independent use.
Meal photos, voice logging, and AI processing
When you use photo-based meal analysis, meal or label images may be compressed and uploaded to Engcraft’s backend API for AI nutrition estimation. AI features may process photos, food descriptions, calories, macros, protein, weight, goals, and other context needed to answer your request. We may use third-party AI providers, including OpenAI, to generate estimates and coaching responses. Voice meal logging may use Apple Speech Recognition.
Subscriptions and third-party services
TrackAI offers paid auto-renewing subscriptions. Apple processes App Store billing, and RevenueCat helps manage subscription status, entitlements, purchase identifiers, and related subscription events. TrackAI may also use Engcraft backend services, OpenAI or other AI providers, Open Food Facts, and image hosting or loading services. Firebase or Google services are disclosed only if enabled in the shipped app.
Retention, deletion, and rights
Data stored locally remains on your device unless you delete it or uninstall the app. Server-side requests may be retained only as needed to provide, secure, debug, or improve the service, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about processing by contacting support@engcraft.io. We do not sell personal information or HealthKit data.
Security, transfers, children, and changes
We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. TrackAI is not directed to children under 13, or under 16 in the EEA, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We may update this policy from time to time and will post the updated version on this page.
