What data is sent: Your images are sent to Google's servers for AI processing.

Who receives the data: Google Inc. processes your images through their Nano Banana AI model.

How data is used: Images are used solely to generate AI-processed results (filters, effects, videos) that you've requested.

Data protection and retention:

• Images are retained only during active AI processing

• Images are automatically deleted immediately after processing is complete

• No images are stored permanently by our AI service provider

• Generated results (videos, processed images) are saved only to your device's local storage

Your consent: Before using AI features for the first time, you will be asked to explicitly consent to sending your images to Google Nano Banana for
AI processing. You can decline this consent and still use Selfie's non-AI camera features.

that I request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.

Images and Photos

When you use AI-powered features in Selfie, you choose to upload images from your device. These images are:

• Collected only when you actively use AI features

• Transmitted securely to our AI service provider (Google Nano Banana)

• Processed temporarily to generate the AI results you've requested

• Deleted immediately after processing

• Never used for training AI models or any purpose other than providing you with your requested results
