GymAI Terms & Conditions

Effective date: October 2, 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of GymAI, a workout tracker with an AI coach, provided by Engcraft, LLC. By downloading, accessing, or using GymAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

GymAI is provided by Engcraft, LLC. For support, legal notices, or questions about these Terms, contact support@engcraft.io.

Auto-renewing subscriptions

GymAI offers paid auto-renewing subscriptions, including GymAI Pro Weekly at $4.99 and GymAI Pro Yearly at $39.99 with a 3-day free trial. Prices may vary by country, taxes, currency, App Store pricing, or promotions, and the price shown in the app before you buy applies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account is charged through the App Store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings; Engcraft cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Health and safety

GymAI is a training log and coaching tool for general fitness. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Exercise carries a risk of injury. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new training program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant, or are under 18. Use proper form, warm up, and stop if you feel pain or dizziness. Use of GymAI is at your own risk.

AI coach

Coach replies, suggested routines, and programs are generated by AI from your messages and training data, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for you. Review any suggested weights, volume, or exercises before you follow them.

Your content and app data

You are responsible for the workouts, messages, and other content you enter. You grant Engcraft a limited right to process your messages and training summary solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the AI coach.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse GymAI, reverse engineer the app, attempt to extract source code, scrape or overload the service, bypass payment or entitlement checks, or use the app in a way that violates law or third-party rights. We may suspend access or stop providing the service if we believe these Terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Third-party services

GymAI relies on Apple (including Apple Health), RevenueCat, Engcraft backend services, AI model providers, and image and infrastructure providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for iOS distribution and may enforce the applicable terms against you.

Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

GymAI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Engcraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; loss of data; injuries or health outcomes; or reliance on AI-generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Engcraft’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for GymAI during the three months before the claim.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Engcraft, LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of GymAI after an update means you accept the updated Terms. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
