TrackAI Terms & Conditions
Effective date: July 8, 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of TrackAI, a health and nutrition app provided by Engcraft, LLC. By downloading, accessing, or using TrackAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Auto-renewing subscriptions
TrackAI offers paid auto-renewing subscriptions, including TrackAI Pro Weekly at $4.99 with a 3-day free trial and TrackAI Pro Yearly at $39.99. Prices may vary by country, taxes, currency, App Store pricing, or promotions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account is charged through the App Store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings; Engcraft cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when a subscription is purchased. TrackAI is provided for informational, nutrition tracking, and general wellness purposes only. TrackAI is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, exercise, medication, or health routine, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are under 18, or have a history of eating disorders. Use of TrackAI is at your own risk.
AI estimates and nutrition accuracy
Food recognition, barcode lookup, calorie estimates, macro estimates, and AI Coach responses are generated from available information and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any nutrition, calorie, macro, or health information before relying on it. TrackAI does not guarantee results, weight changes, health outcomes, or accuracy of AI-generated content.
User content and app data
You are responsible for the photos, descriptions, voice input, food entries, and other content you provide. You grant Engcraft a limited right to process your content and related health or nutrition context solely to operate, secure, support, and improve TrackAI features, including AI analysis and coaching. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload or process through the app.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse TrackAI, reverse engineer the app, attempt to extract source code, scrape or overload the service, bypass payment or entitlement checks, upload unlawful or harmful content, interfere with other users, or use the app in a way that violates law or third-party rights. We may suspend access or stop providing the service if we believe these Terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Third-party services
TrackAI may rely on Apple, RevenueCat, Engcraft backend services, OpenAI or other AI providers, Open Food Facts, and image or infrastructure providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for iOS distribution and may enforce the applicable terms against you.
Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
TrackAI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Engcraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; loss of data; health outcomes; or reliance on AI-generated estimates. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Engcraft’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for TrackAI during the three months before the claim.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Engcraft, LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of TrackAI after an update means you accept the updated Terms. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
