Collect Terms & Conditions

Effective date: October 6, 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Collect, an archive for the things you own, provided by Engcraft, LLC. By downloading, accessing, or using Collect, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Provider and contact

Collect is provided by Engcraft, LLC. For support, legal notices, or questions about these Terms, contact support@engcraft.io.

Auto-renewing subscriptions

Collect offers paid auto-renewing subscriptions, Collect Pro Weekly and Collect Pro Yearly, and a plan may begin with a free trial. Prices vary by country, taxes, currency, App Store pricing, or promotions, and the price shown in the app before you buy applies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account is charged through the App Store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings; Engcraft cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Apple’s standard EULA applies unless a separate written agreement applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Your content

The photos, cutouts, names, notes, and other details you add are yours. You are responsible for them and for having the right to photograph and share what you add. You grant Engcraft a limited right to process your photos solely to provide the features you use, such as AI naming and AI cutouts.

AI features

Suggested names, categories, and AI cutouts are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review them before you rely on them. Prices, places, and dates on a label are whatever you enter; Collect does not appraise or authenticate objects.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Collect, reverse engineer the app, attempt to extract source code, scrape or overload the service, bypass payment or entitlement checks, or use the app in a way that violates law or third-party rights. We may suspend access or stop providing the service if we believe these Terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Third-party services

Collect relies on Apple (including iCloud and Maps), AI model providers, and infrastructure providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for iOS distribution and may enforce the applicable terms against you.

Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

Collect is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Engcraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; loss of data; or reliance on AI-generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Engcraft’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Collect during the three months before the claim.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Engcraft, LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of Collect after an update means you accept the updated Terms. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
