Fabric Terms & Conditions
Effective date: October 2, 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Fabric, an app for designing T-shirt graphics with AI and ordering printed shirts, provided by Engcraft, LLC. By downloading, accessing, or using Fabric, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Provider and contact
Fabric is provided by Engcraft, LLC. For support, order questions, legal notices, or questions about these Terms, contact support@engcraft.io.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Fabric may offer auto-renewing subscriptions and in-app purchases for design features. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country, taxes, currency, App Store pricing, or promotions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account is charged through the App Store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings; Engcraft cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf. Apple’s standard EULA applies unless a separate written agreement applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
Shirt orders
Printed shirts are a separate purchase paid through Stripe, not through the App Store. The price, product options, and delivery estimate are shown before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and may change. Check your design, size, color, and delivery address before you order, because shirts are printed to order. If an order arrives damaged, wrong, or does not arrive, contact support@engcraft.io and we will work with you to fix it. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
AI-generated designs
Designs are generated by AI models from your prompt and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other content. The printed result may differ slightly from the on-screen preview in color and detail. You are responsible for reviewing a design before you order it.
Your content and rights
You are responsible for the prompts, photos, and other content you provide. Do not create or order designs that infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other rights, or that are unlawful, hateful, or harmful. We may refuse or cancel an order that we believe breaks this rule, and refund what you paid for it. You grant Engcraft a limited right to process your content and designs to operate Fabric, generate designs, produce and ship your orders, and provide support.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Fabric, reverse engineer the app, attempt to extract source code, scrape or overload the service, bypass payment or entitlement checks, or use the app in a way that violates law or third-party rights. We may suspend access or stop providing the service if we believe these Terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Third-party services
Fabric relies on Apple, RevenueCat, Stripe, Engcraft backend services, OpenAI and other AI image providers, Google Firebase, Amplitude, and print and delivery partners. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for iOS distribution and may enforce the applicable terms against you.
Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
Fabric is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Engcraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; or loss of data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Engcraft’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Engcraft for Fabric and Fabric orders during the three months before the claim.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Engcraft, LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of Fabric after an update means you accept the updated Terms. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
