InferenceDock Terms of Use

These terms apply to InferenceDock, a macOS app made by Engcraft (‘we’, ‘us’), when you download it from the Mac App Store or use it. Please read them before using the app. Your use of InferenceDock is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

License. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use InferenceDock on Macs you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract the source code of, translate or make derivative versions of the app. InferenceDock, its trademarks and all related intellectual property remain the property of Engcraft. InferenceDock is free to download and use.

Models. The AI models you install are made by third parties and are licensed to you by their authors under the licence shown in the app before you install each one (for example Apache-2.0, CreativeML OpenRAIL-M or CC-BY 4.0). Some of those licences restrict how a model or its output may be used; by installing a model you agree to its licence. Model attributions and licences are listed in Settings ▸ About.

Acceptable use. You are responsible for what you make with InferenceDock and for how you use it. You agree not to use the app to make or share content that is illegal, that sexualises minors in any way, that depicts a real person in a sexual, defamatory or deceptive way without their consent, or that harasses or threatens anyone. You may clone a voice only with the clear permission of the person it belongs to, and you may not use a cloned voice to deceive, impersonate or defraud. The app includes a content filter that blocks some prompts and results; it is not perfect, and its presence does not shift responsibility for your content to us.

Your data. InferenceDock works on your Mac and does not send your prompts, images, audio or voices to us. What is stored locally, and the few things that do use the network, are described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your Mac and your Apple Account secure.

Availability and changes. We may update, change or discontinue the app, the list of available models or any feature at any time. Downloading models needs an internet connection, and models need disk space and memory; the app shows both before you install. InferenceDock requires macOS 15 or later on a Mac with Apple silicon. System requirements may change with updates, and you will need to install updates to keep using the app.

Disclaimer. InferenceDock is provided ‘as is’. AI models can produce inaccurate, unexpected or inappropriate output, so you are responsible for reviewing what they make before you use, publish or share it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Engcraft is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on its output.

Termination. We may end your access to the app if you breach these terms. On termination the license granted to you ends and you must stop using and delete the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will post any changes on this page. These terms are effective as of 2026-10-25.
