By downloading or using Lexicon, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Lexicon and its original content, software, trademarks and other intellectual-property rights belong to Engcraft, LLC. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or create derivative versions of the app except where applicable law permits it. Lexicon provides IELTS-style practice and AI-assisted band estimates for educational purposes. Its estimates are Lexicon’s own, are not official IELTS results, and Lexicon is not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by the British Council, IDP Education or Cambridge University Press & Assessment. Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing period and any trial are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings. If a free trial is offered, it converts to the selected paid plan unless cancelled before it ends. The app uses third-party services with their own terms:

Lexicon requires an internet connection for AI marking, subscription verification and some audio content. Your carrier may charge for network use, including roaming. We work to keep the service available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular band outcome or acceptance of an estimate by any school, employer, immigration authority or testing body. You remain responsible for confirming the requirements of the organization that requested your IELTS result. We may update the app, its content or these terms, and may discontinue features when reasonably necessary. You must keep your device and App Store account secure and use the app lawfully. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Engcraft is not liable for indirect loss arising from reliance on an estimate or interruption of the service.
